Our new Online Marketing Instructor will help us create a captivating, collaborative, one-on-one learning experience for our Students as they work through our courses, learn to master the art of online marketing, attain massive results in their businesses, and become raving fans.

Your Mission

  • Create a captivating, collaborative, one-on-one learning experience for our Students as they work through our courses, learn to master the art of online marketing, attain massive results in their businesses, and become raving fans.
  • Protect our status as category king so we continue to be the clear choice in a crowded marketplace – By imagining new ways to build a wider moat amongst a siege of competitors, acting on community experience feedback, supporting the creation of new products that solve important problems, and continuously improving our students’ learning experience
  • Develop a broad and deep understanding about our ideal avatar so you can help design a relevant product suite, accurately predict shifts in the marketplace, reimagine our products quickly, and solve important problems for our students
  • Identify, share, and act on student feedback in order to predict students’ needs before they even arise
  • Upsell, downsell, and cross sell relevant programs in our product suite so we can provide deeper solutions for students throughout their learning experience
  • Amplify the student experience so that it resonates loudly in our marketplace, provides powerful social proof, renders our competition irrelevant, and create a massive impact on our revenue

Your Typical Tasks

  • Jump on Loom or Zoom to answer burning questions from our students as they work through our online learning courses

  • Build positive relationships with our students to increase program ascension and retention
  • Listen to community feedback, identify growth opportunities, recognize new trends, and share product and content enhancement ideas with relevant teams
  • Monitor growth & engagement metrics and KPI’s to make recommendations to leadership on ways to optimize positive brand association and the overall learning experience
  • Help improve our learning and instructional strategy
  • Ascend students up our value ladder by recommending other relevant offers in our product suite
  • Help create and implement a promotion program to reward, encourage, and motivate our students
  • Work with the Customer Experience Manager to develop systems, standards, and success metrics for all coaching campaigns
  • Ensure that all learning content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, and voice throughout the community
