We always encourage real estate agents to post on social media every day of the week if they can! The more you post and provide value, the more your target audience in your community will feel like they know and trust you… which means more real estate leads! Of course we know that agents get busy, especially during the spring and summer months, so post as much as your schedule allows during these times. We also teach our students to look at their social media insights and analytics to find their most popular days for engagement on their accounts, and always make plans to post on those days. You can find this information in any social media platform in your settings.
What holidays to post on social media business?
You should definitely post on your real estate social media to wish your community well on holidays. We teach our students to post on all major and minor holidays like New Years, Christmas, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Easter, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween, etc. Another aspect of holidays that our students find success with is posting on social media holidays like National Best Friend Day, National Dog Day, National Taco Day, National Cookie Day, etc.
What days to post on Instagram for real estate?
Just like with Instagram, it’s best to post on your real estate Facebook page when you have the most attention from your followers. By looking into your Facebook insights, you can see the days and times that your audience is most active. This is when we encourage you to make your posts. If you are busy with real estate clients or other activities during this time, you can schedule your posts to automatically go out during that time.
What social media is best for real estate sales?
This really depends on your community and target audience! Our students find success in generating new real estate leads from all social media platforms. We teach Facebook Marketing and Instagram marketing in the Community Influencer® Academy. The content that we teach our students how to create and post, can also be repurposed for other platforms! The video content can easily be shared on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Pinterest Idea Pins, etc.
